Addiction & Recovery Services Program The Addiction & Recovery Services Program (ARSP) has a 10 year history of providing case-management, client education, group and individual counseling services to individuals impacted by barriers to recovery such as incarceration, poverty, prostitution, and generational cycles of substance abuse. ARSP targets individuals preparing to re-enter society after incarceration, women who have lost parental rights, and individuals residing in transitional communities in Nashville-Davidson County. The program works in tandem with community partners within the criminal justice system such as the Board of Probation & Parole, jails & drug courts so that staff is embedded in facilities and places where individuals are motivated and poised for change. While ARSP targets individuals with a criminal history, anyone is eligible to receive services ARSP Provides: Counseling by on a sliding fee scale
